Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leadership Specialist to lead and direct the activities of our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple campaigns, as well as interacting with various departments and campaign team leaders on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain open communication lines between staff and senior management.
  • Manage and staff operations assigned.
  • Develop individual and team goals, and implement plans to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Operations Director in crafting operations procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a Senior Manager/Director position specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent.
  • Experience handling at least 600 FTEs.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in using MS Office applications and Google applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills.
  • A professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
