UAT Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced User Acceptance Testing Lead to spearhead testing efforts for our Sales CRM Platform and Microsoft D365 systems.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define UAT scope objectives and success criteria aligned with Sales CRM workflows.
  • Create comprehensive UAT test plans, schedules and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales CRM operations.
  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Ensure thorough coverage of critical Sales CRM processes such as lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation and Sales CRM integrations.
  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
  • Analyze and escalate defects.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years in QA/UAT experience with at least 3 years in Sales CRM and Sales platform testing.
