Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to drive our automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement robust automated tests using tools like Appium and Selenium. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, executing automated tests, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with development teams, and demonstrate a deep understanding of software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Appium and Selenium
  • Create comprehensive test plans and execute automated tests
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing
  • Proficiency in Appium and Selenium for web and mobile automation
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Swagger
  • Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling
  • Familiarity with security testing tools and concepts
  • Programming knowledge in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
