We are seeking a talented Project Director to lead our software development and delivery initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, expertise in project management methodologies, and a strong understanding of software delivery in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to support product selling efforts.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, specifically for software delivery in B2B environments.
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
  • Able to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in project management.

Qualification & Skillset:

  • 8+ years of experience in software product/project delivery.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Project management.
  • Proven team and product leadership, and an entrepreneurial spirit: a collaborative, motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Post-Graduate / Graduate in a related field.
  • Good understanding of software project management, processes & methodologies.
