We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Bar/Floor Crew position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in restaurants and/or hotels, with a strong background in bar operations and floor management. You will work closely with the Bar Manager and Floor Staff to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bar team on the floor with speed and consistency.
  • Manage the bar team, ensuring they provide positive customer experiences and uphold the bar's standard.
  • Create and refine innovative cocktails and drink menus, with extensive knowledge of ingredients and techniques.
  • Stay current with industry trends, experiment with new ingredients and techniques, and adapt to changing guest preferences and situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in bartending or a related field, preferably with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Knowledge of global cuisine and polished, well-groomed presentation styles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage restaurant systems, inventory, and cash effectively.
