Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate with senior project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project reports, charts, and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and conflicts.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Master's in Construction/Project Management. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management is required. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and project tracking tools is essential. Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project reports is also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and project tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
