Job Title: Construction Project Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced construction project leader to oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, and quality assurance for large-scale developments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct contract familiarization, attend meetings, and prepare site organization charts.
  • Review and input on construction schedules, develop site infrastructure requirements, and budget costs.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability studies, and provide construction-related inputs.
  • Analyze technical bids, participate in price negotiations for EPC contracts, and set up site offices and infrastructure.
  • Monitor resource availability, construction materials, billing schedules, progress reviews, contractor bill processing, and subcontracts closeout.
  • Resolve technical and contractual site queries, manage documentation for claims/escalations, and prepare completion reports with lessons learned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree.
  • Minimum 25 years' experience in project management, scheduling, procurement, architecture, design, and quality assurance for construction projects.

Desired Skills:

  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills.
  • Expertise in cost, time, and quality parameters; MIS reporting; contractor billing and rate negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Primavera.
  • Fast-track planning abilities and out-of-the-box thinking.
