As an EIR, you will work closely with our founder, shadowing them daily, attending key meetings, structuring discussions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring execution across teams.

Manage high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations.

Travel with the founder or alone when needed and handle fast-paced schedules.

Drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale.

Should be able to travel anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial background with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and scale in previous roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
