We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated individual to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in human resources, be a proactive learner, and have a desire to contribute to a growing business.

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various job boards.">
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.">
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.">
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.">
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.">
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.">
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.">
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.">
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.">

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a strong interest in the field.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.">
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.">
  • Familiarity with recruiting software is a plus.">
  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is an added advantage.">
