This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive performance management frameworks with specialized focus on sales team productivity and achievement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute performance appraisal systems, maintain detailed performance analytics, and facilitate strategic goal-setting initiatives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes with emphasis on sales professionals and non-technical roles from sourcing to successful onboarding.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity regulations, labor law requirements, and coordinate internal external audits.
- Oversee comprehensive employee lifecycle documentation and optimize HRMS utilization for attendance tracking and payroll processing.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs for sales teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with minimum 1 year in performance management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance management.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Local candidates from Kollam district or those committed to daily commuting to Irumbuppalam preferred. Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and regional employment practices advantageous.
