This involves designing and executing performance and endurance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

The High-Performance Specialist is a critical role that requires expertise in performance and endurance testing of software systems and applications.

  • This role involves developing and implementing performance and endurance test plans, strategies, and scripts.
  • Executing load, stress, and endurance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter, etc.
  • Conducting exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing high-performance test strategies.
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Serving as a performance advisor within Agile teams.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in high-performance testing.
  • Expertise in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter, etc.
  • Strong understanding of software systems and applications architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
