Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Selenium with Python;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation suites into the CI/CD pipeline;
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of test cases, scripts, and results using MS Word, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence;
  • Participating actively in Agile ceremonies to share QA perspectives;
  • Creating performance test scripts using JMeter and supporting performance testing;
  • Mentoring manual testing team members to adopt Python and Selenium automation;
  • Staying updated on advancements in test tools and techniques to enhance QA infrastructure and processes;
  • Managing workload effectively to meet project deadlines;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of five years of hands-on automated testing experience for websites using Selenium with Python;
  • Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch and fine-tuning them as per project requirements;
  • Strong knowledge of automation framework design and optimization;
  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Python, JMeter for performance testing, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git;
  • Working knowledge of test management tools like JIRA and documentation platforms like Confluence;
  • Additional desirable skills include API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured, strong debugging skills, and the ability to mentor team members;
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities are essential for success in this role.
