Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

The role involves working with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues and management, and requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via email, phone and social media
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in respective languages
  • Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Good problem-solving abilities
