Sales Growth Executive

Business Leaders play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, and as Regional Head of Sales, you will spearhead efforts across the region in India to capitalize on market opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be overseeing business operations, including maximizing sales and market share gains for products and/or services throughout assigned regions in India's domestic and regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Strategy
- Determine strategies for selected accounts to drive growth and expand relationships with customers, influencers, gatekeepers, and decision-makers within the region of India.
- Deploy a consultative selling approach with assigned accounts to identify supply chain challenges and develop value-creating solutions.
- Co-ordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch, documentation, and payment collection from customers.
2. Leading Sales and Account Management
- Lead operations and activities to ensure smooth functioning of businesses and monthly order forecasting for production planning.
- Grow the share of business and expand relationships by interacting with regular customers, ensuring continuity of existing businesses, and co-ordinating with various departments for samples, regulatory requirements, DMFs, and other documentation.
Identify new markets and customers for existing and pipeline products, assist regional heads in successful launches, and ensure sales of new products once commercialized.
Provide market research, intelligence, and key information on international market trends and competition to support future export strategies.
