Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.


Main Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to clients via chat, email, and other support tools, ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
  • Meet acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance, driving continuous improvement in your work.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and provide third-party app support & testing, ensuring seamless user experience.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Effective written communication skills in English are essential to support clients via chat, email, and other support tools.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with experience in service support/related field is preferred.
  • Ability to commit to 24 X 7 rotating shift and work on weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
