The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, collecting and analyzing field data, developing data collection tools, and preparing reports for stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

  1. Create and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for various projects", "
  2. Collect, analyze, and report field data in a timely and accurate manner", "
  3. Develop data collection tools and methodologies", "
  4. Participate in field surveys and assessments", "
  5. Facilitate data entry, cleaning, and management of beneficiary monitoring databases", "
  6. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders", "
  7. Help identify key performance trends, challenges, and learning opportunities to inform project improvements", "
  8. Participate in capacity-building initiatives, including training workshops for project teams and community stakeholders", "
  9. Coordinate with external evaluators and stakeholders to support project assessments and reviews
", "Qualifications and Requirements", "
  • MBA/ Master's in the field of Planning, Architecture/Designing", "
  • 4-6 years of work experience", "
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills", "
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills on the job", "
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English", "
  • Working knowledge of Hindi for Hardoi, UP", "
  • Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), QGIS & Mapping tools, Power bi, familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus", "
