We are seeking a seasoned project lead to oversee the integration of our wealth management platform with external systems and services. This is a critical leadership role that ensures seamless connectivity between core systems and external entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex integration projects, ensuring timely and secure rollouts.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware and API integrations.
  • Coordinate service requirements between developers and business teams.
  • Track and manage integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.
  • Validate data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.
  • Document integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs.
  • Provide visibility on risks, blockers, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
  • Exposure to Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
