Services Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in sales and key account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

About the Role
  • Develop a robust sales funnel aligned with strategic business objectives across assigned verticals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets across IT solutions and services.
  • Spearhead end-to-end sales for IT infrastructure, including Managed Services, Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Network, NOC/SOC, and IT Security.
  • Deliver customized IT staffing solutions, including resident engineer deployments tailored to client-specific project needs.
  • Manage full lifecycle of software licensing, subscriptions, and renewals across enterprise clients.
  • Oversaw Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Device Uptime SLAs, FMS, Professional Services, and deployment of automation tools for service efficiency.
  • Secure new logos through strategic prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative selling approaches.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior IT decision-makers to ensure alignment with business goals and customer success.
  • Lead high-value contract negotiations, balancing profitability with long-term customer value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with key OEMs for solution design, pricing support, and deal closures.
  • Create impactful proposals and manage end-to-end responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
