We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting employee engagement activities, and providing support to our Corporate L&D and TA Teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new joiners into the team by providing comprehensive induction and orientation sessions.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and conduct regular team-building activities, including one-on-one connects, fun events, and sports competitions to foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to ensure employee growth and development.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Employee Retention: Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations to improve retention rates.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including electrical systems, air conditioning, fire safety, and internet connectivity.
- Space Management: Ensure efficient use of office space and coordinate interior design and layout changes.
- Soft Services: Manage housekeeping, security, and indoor plants to maintain a clean and welcoming work environment.
