Job Description:

As a skilled Architecture Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing design proposals with 3D design and strong presentations. You will need to demonstrate technical proficiency in working on and releasing Good construction drawings.

Key responsibilities include preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications. Effective coordination with various consultants on the project team is also essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketch-Up is required.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years experience in the architectural industry. Ability to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment is crucial. A strong portfolio with AutoCAD and Sketchup proficiency is mandatory. Additionally, a good working attitude, proactive and self-starter mindset is desired. Experience with consultant coordination is highly beneficial.
