Job Title: Executive Director, Operations and Delivery
Description:
- We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our real estate operations team. As Executive Director, Operations and Delivery, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of our real estate initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing the execution of land monetization and development projects, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams, including legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants.
You will also manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications, as well as build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships.
In addition, you will ensure that governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are followed, acting as the on-ground representative for our organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management
- Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Experience working with large-scale developers preferred
- Goa-based or willing to relocate
