We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Banking industry in a lead role with exposure to Retail or Corporate banking operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, communicating and maintaining the integrity of the overall functional and technical solution
  • Ensuring a Right First-Time approach to delivering client value
  • Maintaining the integrity and consistency of the overall solution being deployed
  • Maintaining the overall solution architecture
  • Establishing program/project overall governance aligned with client best practices
  • Active participation in regular program/project status meetings and as needed in program/project steering committees

The successful candidate will be a team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Strong communication skills with ability to explain functional and technical concepts to lay audiences is required.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking industry in a lead role with exposure to Retail or Corporate banking operations
  • Experience/exposure to leading Banking Solutions is essential
  • Deep knowledge of the banking vertical required ability to articulate the end-to-end requirements for systems and process and the pros and cons of various approaches
  • Demonstrates deep product and industry knowledge including market trends and competitive intelligence
  • TOGAF9 certification preferred
