Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee our network technologies and provide expert-level support, lead product testing, and collaborate with teams to deliver robust networking solutions.

This leadership position requires a strong background in telecommunications environments and a commitment to customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of network technologies, from development and implementation to ongoing maintenance and system optimization.
  • Design, develop, and present comprehensive technical solutions, proposals, and network designs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to our networking products and systems.
  • Lead the testing and validation process for new networking products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on a wide range of networking products.

Requirements:

  • In-depth experience with networking hardware and business network systems.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, IP CCTV, and enterprise WiFi solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver formal technical presentations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
