Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead, based in Noida. The Technical Lead will oversee the technical aspects of projects, manage development teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web and app solutions. Responsibilities include architectural design, code reviews, developing scalable applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Mandotary Intermediate level knowledge of MERN STACK & REACT NATIVE
- Experience in managing development teams and overseeing technical projects
- Strong understanding of architectural design and scalable application development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Must have qualifications required:
- Must be from esteemed colleges like IIT's NIT's and IIIT's
- People with BCA/MCA/BSC IT Degrees and pvt college graduates are not welcomed.
