GEN AI Technical LeadDescription :We are seeking a highly experienced GEN AI Technical Lead to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and will be responsible for leading a team to develop innovative AI solutions.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions for various applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced AI techniques.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and apply them to improve existing systems.- Conduct research and experimentation to innovate and enhance Generative AI capabilities.Skills and Qualifications :- 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI technologies.- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.- Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
