Data Driven Decision Maker

We are seeking an experienced machine learning engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong background in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms to address complex business problems.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and develop tailored analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Machine Learning Models: The Senior Manager Analytics will design and develop cutting-edge machine learning models using various techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and transfer learning.
- Optimize Model Performance: They will optimize model performance by tuning hyperparameters, selecting optimal feature sets, and implementing ensemble methods.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Senior Manager Analytics will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the existing technology stack.
- Analyze and Improve Existing Models: They will analyze and improve the performance of existing machine learning models by identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on production projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and MLOps tools is essential.
