Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Underwriting Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing effective credit policies and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, portfolio analysis, and policy formulation, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit underwriting policies and procedures
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform credit decisions

  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance and risk metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management and policy creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
