  • Operational Oversight: As a team lead, one must oversee the day-to-day operations of their team. This includes monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regular monitoring of team performance and reporting on metrics are essential to identify areas of strength and weakness. The team lead must be able to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to improve team performance.
  • Team Motivation and Engagement: A team lead must be able to motivate and engage their team members. This involves creating a positive work environment, recognizing individual contributions, and fostering a sense of ownership and accountability within the team.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or collection with call center/BPO background is required.
  • Prior experience in the credit cards/NBFC/telecom industry is preferred, along with excellent team handling capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to motivate their team and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills are essential for success in this role.
