  • Leading the design operation in India, driving quality, craft, and practice to enhance overall competency.
  • Evolving our service offering and value propositions to clients, ensuring alignment with market trends.
  • Providing strategic design thought leadership, publishing, and speaking at events to build WongDoody's reputation internally and externally.
  • Guiding new business strategies, approaches, and concept creation, defining pitches and presentations, and delivering engaging client interactions.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients, uncovering opportunities, and applying strategic thinking and creative craft to solve challenges.
  • Assessing performance, providing career mentorship, and making performance decisions for senior design team members.
  • Helping attract new hires, building the WongDoody brand in India, and maintaining hiring standards.
  • Working closely with global CXO and regional counterparts to evolve best practices, establish training, and refine talent engagement models.
  • Providing directional oversight of individual project teams and assuming accountability for their work.
  • Building a studio environment where each member can thrive, grow, and contribute to the Creative Democracy.
