Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Executive to manage the legal aspects of our organization. This role requires strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Draft and review complex legal agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and Master License and Services Agreements.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing HR documents, such as policies, authority letters, and undertakings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal agreements and documents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law, with 4-5 years of experience in non-litigation matters.

">Requirements
  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience in non-litigation matters.
  • Strong research, writing, analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS office and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Designation will be finalized based on interview evaluation.
