Dew Software is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to drive their strategic objectives. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success.

This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and developing effective recruitment strategies. You will leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, online networking platforms, and industry events, to attract and engage prospective candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, as well as your knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, will be essential to the success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and source top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources are a plus.
