Job Profile:

  1. As a key member of the Finance and Accounts team, responsible for accounting and financial planning functions.
  2. Maintain financial administration systems and processes that comply with industry guidelines and company policies.
  3. Develop comprehensive financial plans, reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with Corporate Finance.
  4. Prepare regular accounts and schedules, ensuring compliance with local corporate reporting requirements.
  5. Provide accurate financial information, supporting informed business decisions.
  6. Support the implementation of finance/accounting systems and ensure they meet organizational objectives.
  7. Develop best practices and policies in finance and accounting.
  8. Contribute to working capital management, forex management, and credit rating documentation.
  9. Collaborate with Corporate Finance members to implement and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements: 10-12 years of experience in FMCG or Beverages industry.

Reporting Relationship: The position reports administratively and functionally.

Location: Based out of Rourkela.

Qualification: CA preferable with strong work experience in ERP environment.
