Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Human Resources division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of labor legislation and proven experience in managing recruiting, learning and development initiatives.

This role involves overseeing hiring processes, creating referral programs, and implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing compensation and benefits packages, developing fair HR policies, and ensuring employee understanding and compliance.

The selected individual will play a crucial role in making strategic decisions that drive business growth, focusing on hiring, developing, and retaining top talent. They will work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs, coordinate learning and development initiatives, and implement performance review procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fair HR policies, ensuring employee understanding and compliance.
