Job Profile & Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Deputy General Manager. This key position will be responsible for overseeing accounting and budgetary control functions.

Responsibilities
  1. As a core member of the finance and accounts team, you will be incharge of financial administration systems and processes that comply with IND AS guidelines and company policies.
  2. You will work closely with corporate finance to develop detailed financial plans, annual reports, statutory reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  3. Your duties will include preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly accounts, as well as monthly schedules and their reconciliation with the ledger.
  4. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate financial and management accounting information, ensuring compliance with local corporate reporting and statutory requirements.
  5. In addition, you will support the implementation of finance/accounting/costing systems and ensure they meet company objectives and requirements.
  6. You will assist in developing manuals and policies incorporating best finance and accounting practices.
  7. You will also support working capital management, forex management, and credit rating-related documentation and taxation.
Requirements
  • Degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
