Enterprise Strategy Executive

Job Description:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and business planning. This includes conceptualizing, designing, and executing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to CXOs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key issues and develop solutions
  • Forecasting and analyzing strategic and operational variables
  • Simulating and creating best-fit plans based on market profiles
  • Monitoring key metrics and reporting on strategy performance

CXO Support:

You will provide support and manage CXOs' interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, working on go-to-market strategies and annual business plans. You will also identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks.

Strategic Initiative PMO:

As a lead and driver of key strategic initiatives, you will oversee the management reviews and discussion forums, deliver and design key strategic initiatives, and ensure their successful execution.

Strategic Insights:

You will develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis. You will also facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis on periodic basis.

Strategy Communication:

You will manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interact with other stakeholders, keeping track of important industry updates and reviewing changes/developments closely to assess impact.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school)
  • CA qualification
  • Minimum 3 years PQE experience
