Enterprise Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to take on a unique role that combines strategic support with ownership of key business solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.
  • 10–15 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enterprise solution ownership.
  • Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools).
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.

This position requires strong analytical ability, operational oversight, and the capacity to manage critical initiatives that drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding enterprise solutions.
  2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve business outcomes.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  4. Providing expert guidance on HR, Finance, and Clinical/Healthcare operations.
