Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Tekpillar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, recommending insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and insurance companies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing insightful advice to clients on their insurance needs and making recommendations accordingly.
- Facilitating effective communication between clients and insurance companies to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through proactive and responsive customer service.
- Identifying opportunities to expand our client base and driving business growth.
- Conducting thorough interviews with prospective clients to gather relevant information and assess their suitability for our services.
- Selling life policies that payout upon death and annuities that provide a regular income at retirement.
- Analyzing clients' current portfolios and making informed recommendations to optimize their financial well-being.
- Supporting clients throughout the claims process and ensuring a smooth resolution.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records of client interactions and transactions.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- The ability to lead and manage a team of life advisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business networks.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
