Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, inbound & outbound outreach, delivery management, vendor relations, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement quarterly sales plans with clear targets: Leads → MQLs → SQLs → Closures → Revenue Goals
- Build Plan A & Plan B scenarios for different sales outcomes (Best case, Worst case)
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales projections
- Optimize average deal size, conversion rates, and retention strategies
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Email, and Social Media DMs
- Utilize cold calling and warm calling techniques to generate high-quality leads
- Conduct effective sales pitches and presentations to convert leads into long-term clients
- Manage and optimize CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and automation
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
- Establish strong relationships with B2B clients and partners
- Implement loyalty and performance-driven engagement plans for long-term retention
Vendor & Team Management
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to streamline service delivery
- Lead and manage sales teams, performance monitoring, and training programs
- Align team goals with business objectives and drive accountability
Strategic Planning & AI-Driven Sales Optimization
- Leverage CRM, AI, and automation tools to optimize sales outreach and conversion
- Utilize Generative AI tools for business development, data insights, and personalization
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven sales strategies

- Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets (Revenue, SQLs, Conversions)
- Lead Quality & Conversion Rates
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) & Retention Metrics
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting Accuracy
- Client Satisfaction & Renewals
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in blockchain, B2B sales, or small business services
- Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, Outreach, and Revenue Planning
- Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, AI-driven sales tools
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience in telecalling, negotiation, and closing deals
- Resourceful & adaptable with a strategic mindset
