Sales Executive Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Surat, working full-time on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, delivering engaging sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing successful deals.
This role also involves fostering strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
To achieve these goals, the Sales Executive will analyze sales data and market trends, developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Pursue leads, develop relationships, and close sales deals.
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintenance of CRM Software and Office Applications
- Utilize CRM software to track sales progress, client interactions, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain proficiency in using MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Home Automation or a related field.
- Skills
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
