Job Title: Business Development Executive / Senior Executive / Manager
Position Mission:
This position will be responsible for managing the development of a strategic and executed sales plan to penetrate assigned outsourcing sectors in the UK for IMS nHance.
Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
- Analyze industry and market conditions to develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and product/service offerings.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand business with existing ones.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Represent the company at various forums to enhance its visibility and reputation.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Gather and provide feedback from clients and the market to inform product/service improvements and innovations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in business development initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
