Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our team in negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers.

  • Negotiate and source services related to Marketing, Ecommerce, SEO, Customized Merchandise, Gifting, Trainings.
  • Finalize Rate Cards with large chains of Hotels, Airlines, Travel Desks, Large Mice Groups (Both International and Domestic).
  • Evaluate, rate, and select vendors based on their performance and quality.
  • Work closely with internal customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Consolidate volume/vendors for categories/subcategories under the role and develop new vendors to release savings.
  • Manage multiple mixes of tactical and strategic initiatives in various categories and ensure timely closure of contracts and release of Purchase Orders as per agreed SOPs.
  • Led key initiatives, taking full responsibility for projects handled and keeping users and stakeholders posted on developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Engineering Graduate or MBA degree.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in services procurement and similar domains.
  • Experience in driving supplier selection, negotiations, purchase order management, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and cost analysis abilities.
  • Analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good presentation skills, Excel, and system knowledge.
  • Strong process understanding and adherence to processes.
