Job Description

Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead career services and placements in Hyderabad. As a Regional Manager - Corporate Relations, you will be responsible for fostering connections with recruiters, managing corporate visits, and overseeing the placement process for various programs.

  • Establish strong partnerships with recruiters in the South region of India to drive campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor and coordinate corporate visits to our Mumbai campus, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Collaborate with the campus placement team to effectively manage the placement process for all programs.
  • Own the campus experience for both recruiters and students, guaranteeing exceptional service delivery.
  • Meet targets set for the region, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and success.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Business Development Expertise:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management is also highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with professionalism and competence in dealing with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
