Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the end-to-end onboarding and enrollment of employees under group insurance schemes. This key role involves collaborating with corporate HR teams to collect and verify employee and dependent data, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into insurer’s and internal systems, managing mid-term additions, deletions, and endorsement requests, conducting awareness sessions or webinars for employees on insurance benefits and claim processes, troubleshooting queries, and coordinating with insurance partners to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding and enrollment of employees under group insurance schemes
- Liaise with corporate HR teams to collect and verify employee data
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into insurer's and internal systems
- Manage mid-term additions, deletions, and endorsements
- Conduct awareness sessions or webinars on insurance benefits and claims
- Troubleshoot queries and coordinate with insurance partners
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, HR services, or employee benefits domain
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and insurance tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience handling high-volume data processing
- IRDAI license (or willingness to acquire one)
- Prior experience in a broker or insurance tech startup
- Exposure to working with enterprise clients or large-scale employee groups
