Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to support the development of our Internal Fraud Risk Management Program and Human Capital Management programs.

This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, managing relationships with regulatory bodies, and providing oversight and guidance on risk management practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, compliance, internal fraud investigation, or a similar field, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Support update of Internal Fraud Risk Management Program Human Capital Management programs, including policies and standards, governance, roles responsibilities, and requirements
  • Perform independent oversight and provide effective challenge to first line through reviews / testing and ongoing monitoring of Human Capital risk Internal Fraud processes
  • Contribute to education of first line teams across the enterprise about risk management programs and practices
  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders and partners to ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory relationship and exams for safety soundness related regulations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience, specifically in risk management, compliance, internal fraud investigation, or a similar role
  • Skillset: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and apply strategic thinking to deliver initiatives to advance a program's maturity and development
  • Ability: Ability to identify issues, escalate key findings, and advise on recommended solutions to correct issues and/or mitigate risks
  • Aptitude: Proven ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion
  • Communication: Aptitude to communicate findings to colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders in a clear, logical and structured way
  • Integrity: Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information
  • Problem-solving: Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization
