Risk Management Professional

A Senior Staff Auditor plays a pivotal role in the Risk & Control Services framework, spearheading audits and compliance activities such as SOX, MAR, and FDICIA.
The successful candidate will present findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute structured approaches to assess and enhance risk management, control, and governance processes.
- Identify control deficiencies, evaluate their significance, and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams in planning and execution of assigned work.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks; proactively escalate risks and challenges as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, CIA, or CISA highly valued).
- Master's degree in finance , accounting or related fields preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or internal controls.
- Knowledge of SOX/MAR/FDICIA compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
