- Problem-Solving Abilities: Analyze financial statements, identify challenges, and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Job Summary:
- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads from existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats, and shipping companies.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Banking team to grow the NR business within assigned geographies.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including risk assessments, demographics, and assets held in the bank.
- Engage with existing customers through regular mailers and phone calls, sharing insights on market fluctuations and product offerings.
- Enrich customer relationships and increase wallet share through targeted engagement activities.
- Cross-sell Bank products and third-party investment products to deepen existing relationships.
- Monitor account inflows and outflows, tracking NRI visits to India and identifying potential customers for tailored products.
- Achieve monthly targets as set by the organization.
- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
- Coach and lead the NR Business team on the latest products and processes, conducting training sessions for Branch Teams and RMs.
- Maintain regular interaction with central teams to build a strong customer proposition.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and other channels to achieve targeted growth.
