Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Servicing Professional to join our dynamic team.

This key role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Project Management: Support the end-to-end management of projects campaigns and events.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Social Media: Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Plan execute and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness engagement and conversions.
  • Creative Strategy: Bring in creative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.

Requirements:

We seek an individual with 1–2 years of experience in client servicing account management marketing or events. Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
