Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking.
  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage existing leads.
  • Local SEO & Competitor Research: Enhance local visibility by optimizing online presence and tracking performance.
  • Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks and setting performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance.
  • Must have 2+ years experience in digital marketing.
