Subscription Management Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle Subscription Management to lead our team's efforts in implementing, configuring, and supporting this critical module.

  • Develop and implement functional designs for the Oracle Subscription Management module, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations, resulting in optimized subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support testing and validation activities to ensure business requirements are met and provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our organization.
Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment, with a deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management, as well as experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
