Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Service Now Technical Expert to join our team at Bangmetric. As a key member of our technology division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Service Now platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM (Implementation) and experience with various Service Now modules such as ITOM, Sec Ops, HAM, SAM, GRC, CSM, TPRM. A certification like CSA or CIS is also an added advantage.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and provide ongoing support and enhancements to Service Now applications. If you're passionate about working with cutting-edge technologies and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Customize Service Now features and modules to meet client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What We're Looking For:
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in Service Now implementation.
  • Preferred: Experience with multiple Service Now modules.
